Ultimate Eggless Brownie in a Mug

a small, chewy, cakelike cookie, usually made with chocolate.

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (Note: don't use cocoa mix or quik, it shouldn't have any sugar)
2 Tablepsoons Vegetable Oil (Don't use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc)
4 Tablespoons milk*
Dash of salt
Mug


Mix all the ingredients together in a mug and Microwave on high for roughly a minute. You may have to microwave it longer or shorter, depending on your microwave, but the brownie should still be wet in the center when done. (I like mine extra gooey)
Remove from microwave and eat immediately.
Delicious with a glass of milk and you can add mini marshmallows or marshmallow cream before microwaving for extra yumminess!
*for a vegan option substitute milk for water
